i ran into this problem as well, but the corresponding error message
was really frustrating: "license file is missing or invalid." i spent
way too much time trying to figure out what was "missing" or "invalid"
about it, until i concluded it was neither.
it would be nice if the installation error messages were more
accurate and helpful, rather than hideously misleading.
