I finally got V2.0 working on Debian potato yesterday, and it no
longer works today (weird) without even a reboot.
I ran `sh /opt/win4lin/postinst_rpm.sh' again but now it now
complains that /var/win4lin/image/std/vga/vga.img does not exist
(it doesn't). What recreates that file?
(I don't mind trying to reinstall so long as I don't lose my
win4lin Windows setup)
