My appologies for being a little harsh (did not mean to be). I have
already gotten answer for my question (thanks). But I think Larry and
some other
prople are also over-reacting like I did.

Well I went through all the messages/documentation, on the site, on the
forums, but did not find any reference about future intention for 2.4. A
lot of people would agree to me that linux-2.4 is valid concern.

All linux distributions work with the latest test kernel. I have been
running it. I am not concerned about Corel or Mandrake or anyone
supporting it. (or even netraverse supporting their product on 2.4)

My first question was directed towards users, if you have seen it. All I
did was ask if any user has run it or modified the code to run with 2.4.
At no point I mentioned that they should or have to support 2.4, I did
not make any demamnds at all. I saw several other enquiries posted on the
list about 2.4 and not much response from anyone (the only response I saw
was something like "why would you wanna run 2.4"). I wanted was
information about their intentions. I am sure I can port the module code
to 2.4 myself if I want to. But strange thing is that you expect me to use
the product without knowing its future direction.
