I have a valid paid-for license. I tried to log a support message with 
the online support system and even though I fill in every field I always 
get:

please let us help you by supplying us with the necessary information. 
Also review our Troubleshooting Guide for answers to your questions.
You did not give a valid e-mail address. Please enter your full e-mail 
address.

You did not give a value for 'DistributionVersion'. This is a required 
field.

You did not give a value for 'LinuxDistribution'. This is a required field.

You did not give a value for 'WindowsVersion'. This is a required field.

You did not give a value for 'typeofquestion'. This is a required field.

You did not give a description of your issue, please enter one.


Please fix so I can add bug reports.
