Well, like one other lucky person I remember posting here earlier, I too was
unable to enter anything into the "support" web form. It says my e-mail
address is incorrect in both lynx and mozilla. In netscape, it works as far
as asking me for my name and company, and then it tries redirecting to
"www.neraverse.com" (no t).
At this point, I'm tired of re-entering my e-mail into a web form that just
sends an e-mail anyways, so I'll post to th(is|ese) list(s).
So, I have 2 agendas here,
1) anyone know the e-mail address of someone in charge of handing out the
upgrade licenses?
2) if not, is anyone here from netraverse support (or, optionally, someone in
charge of their shoddy web-support package ;) who can fix the darn thing
and/or answer my simple, if humiliating question? :)
I just have a simple question:
I recently cleaned out a ton of old e-mail, and when going through my win4lin
mailbox, I made sure to *keep* my license e-mail in case I had to re-install
later.
Well, I'm rebuilding my machine, and it turns out I kept my *beta license*
e-mail, not the 1.0-to-2.0 upgrade license key e-mail. <grin>
So, uhh, could I get another copy, please? =)
