To address your comments about our online support. I would first like to
say, I appreciate you including the browsers you were using. As more and
more people use our support center, we are coming across various errors
and behaviors. While I will not claim we will 'fix' things right away, I
will say we will look at all the problems reported and will try to find
the best solution.
