Hi Rick, I installed those patches two times, on my system. I had a fresh expert install of 7.2 on a different partition of my conmputer just for to try Ben's patches before applying them on my production system. They worked FINE. Then I did the same thing on my production system. It is there, and I did not have any problem since then... BTW, the old kernels worked too...Unfortunately I see no obvious reason why this patched kernel does not work for you. Sorry for that, your mileage may vary...:-(( Viktor "R.
