Hi,

I want to evaluate win4lin with my Debian system, but I currently run the
2.4.0 kernel and X4.0, which mesh nicely with my Voodoo 3000 card.

I understand that I'll need to patch the 2.2.18 kernel source to get a
working kernel, but I'm not sure what I'm losing on the video card side.

A couple of questions...

1) where does win4lin install its (and the Windoze) files? I want to
be sure I have room on the right partitions.

2) does anyone know whether the 2.2.18 kernel works with X4.0 and
Voodoo cards? Does that kernel with this card require the 3dfx.o module
(which conflicts with the X server) ??

Thanks for any help!
