The Windows window should be large enough unless you set the size to 600x400
Regardless, you don't have to use the mouse to click the OK button, or
even see the OK button.  Just use the tab key, it cycles the active control.
In the Display Properities, the OK button is the one after the Advanced
button.  So normally you move the slider to choose the size you want,
and then press hit twice to make the OK button be the active one and then
hit return.

Note: With win98, it is best to check "Show settings icon on task bar".
When you use this, you don't have to click ok on anything, it instantly
changes the size.
(And while you are there, most people want to change the font size setting
to "Small Fonts".
