I experienced the same thing during install, where certain expected options were not there, or seemed to be selected for me. I believe this is part of Win4Lin's install script, which prevents us from screwing anything up. In other words, the Win4Lin install needs certain bits of Windows (dll files, whatever...), and so it prevents us from not installing those files by making certain selections for us.
