Our online support is separate from the other registration databases on
our web site. This might not always be the case, but for now that the way it
is.
If you don't have an account, I would recommend creating one. It provides
above
all else, easy access to previous and current support incidents. As well as
other
features, such as FAQ subscribtion I talked about last night.
If you forgot the password, you can enter the user id and submit the send me my
password button. The password should be emailed to you.

Try to log in with your email address and no password. A password wasn't
required in the previous version of our database. Once you log in,
you can set a password, as well as update other information. If that still
doesn't work, let me know.
