The actual memory requirements are exactly the the same as before.
You can get by with 32MB easily if you use win95 and don't have a too
bloated Linux desktop. 32MB is probably not enough with win98se for
most people. I guess that it was just easier to say 64MB than have
to explain that the use of win98 needs more RAM.
