Sure, you and a lot of us here on this list. But the business is taking
whatever turn it can to work towards profitability. So, while you may say
you do NOT need to buy 3.0, just for 2.4 support, but it's unlikely
netraverse will do anything to cause you to do otherwise, at least not at
this point. An interesting question is, once 3.0 is out, and we have
access to a 3.0 patch, has netraverse found a way to make it so users of
2.0 can't backport the patch?
