Yes I was planning a followup response to the list. I deviated from the
regular answer that I give for this question and as a result botched it :].
2.2.19 kernels will work through customer-supplied patches, but are not supported
and just as an insight for those willing to test it - we receive support
questions related to 2.2.19 even after the kernel has patched successfully so it
seems it will not work in _all_ cases.
