19200 was a limitation with Win4Lin 2.0.

With version 3.0, I'm able to synch my Handspring using 115200 for my port
speed in windows, and "As fast as possible" in my hotsync manager setup.

Time will tell us if everybody will enjoy improved performance on all the
PDAs that are out there.
