Hello
I have just installed win4lin on my COMPAQ running Mandrake 8.0. Although
the installation process went I've noticed that:
a) Some funny messages just after booting win4lin (one of them was no space
in the device!!!!). Lots of unresolved symbols. These
messages went there in the original system.
b) As a good COMPAQ, mine has a winmodem (pctel). I managed to compile and
install pctel-2.4.0. The modem runs fine.
However with win4lin 3.0 I've got the following messages:

When I had a pc running win4lin 2.0 and Mandrake 7.2, I remember that I had
to "hack" the kernel to get it working (I've just
followed the directions on the list). Is there something similar to this
for win4lin 3.0?
