Those errors won't complicate things beyond giving you an eyeful everytime
you boot up. Those modules are those that've been left out of the
compilation process.
Next time you recompile your kernel, clear out the module directory before
doing a make modules ; make modules install. That way, the residual junk
is removed and the errors won't reappear.
