Ugh, for the millionth time... Winsock mode won't do exchange/outlook.  
That's why I wanted this version 3...  that and kernel 2.4 support.  But 
yes, as a test, winsock mode works fine.

Going into tcp/ip configuration in windows and setting it to use it's 
own static IP works.  Just not dhcp...  Now my Linux box and my other 
real windows boxes can get dhcp addresses just fine.

I can't figure out what gives...  even tcpdump isn't shedding any clues.
