This file is created by the post-install script in the RPM. You must
not have included the correct options in alien for this to run in the
.deb. This isn't a big deal - if you run /opt/win4lin/postinst_rpm.sh
manually ('sh /opt/win4lin/postinst_rpm.sh' as root), it should
complete the installtion.
