Jon,
  The Personal Windows installation is asking you for Disk 3?  Once you
are at the personal windows install step you do not need to have the
Windows CD in the drive anymore.  All of the install information is
copied into /var/win4lin/ and run from there.  It is possible that the
error you are seeing is caused by Windows trying to extract something
from a faulty cab - if this is the case then try reloading the Windows
CD (loadwindowsCD -reload as root).
