I would like some information. If you have recently experienced a seg using the installer, please send me the following files. /root/w4l-install.log /root/.win4lin-installer.out The output of of "/opt/win4lin/bin/support.sh > support-log_YourName.txt" Run this as root from your win4lin users home directory. I also want to know: -Win4Lin Installer Version (located on bottom left of installer v3.0.3). -What you and the installer were doing when the seg fault happened. I really want you to say, I clicked Update, Next, etc, etc. (pretend you're telling a 3 year old). Send this information to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please use the subject line "Installer Seg Fault". When we get these, support will respond to you and say thanks for supplying the information, and we will close the incident at that time. Remember, we're gathering information.
