[Win4Lin-users] win31setup missing

As a result of my attempts to solve some other problems, I
now get the message from Win4Lin on startup:

   Your Win4Lin Windows 3.1 display driver needs to be
updated.   Run "win31setup" and follow the displayed
instructions.

However, I can't find a program "win31setup" anywhere.

What to do?
