Hello all,
This is slightly off topic here, but I think this reflector seems to be
the most balanced in terms of technical knowledge and generally great
people. I'm sure someone here knows this answer.

I'm having a problem with modules for a kernel I built not being found
after I reboot into the new kernel. I notice that the process I use for
building a kernel, namely:

make dep bzImage modules modules_install install

does not create a new modules-info file in the boot directory. Hence,
after building a new kernel, I'm still pointing at a stock
modules-info-2.2.14-5.0, or what ever RH build I happen to be on. The above
command does create a kernel, as well as a system map, and moves them both
to the /boot directory.

Can someone point me towards how to get modules-info built when I do a
new kernel?

Thanks,
Mark
