Hi Gordon,
Firstly, when replying to this message, I had to take the below line
from the to field.
Windows Access; Share Your Enthusiasm!
I use thunderbird, it doesn't have the terrible ribbons that windows
live mail has.
I use windows live essentials 2011 for messaging, I use my own account
and not a live one so didn't have to worry about capchas.
There aren't many alternatives for mail programs without ribbons,
Thunderbird will be stopping development soon but will be still pushing
out security updates.

Hi everybody
OK, just hunting around as I want my Windows machine to be as functional as
possible. What are people using for mail and instant messaging these days? Is
Windows Live an option? If so, I wonder how people went about creating
accounts. We cannot make head nor tail of the image verification, nor can any
of us understand the audio. My current E-Mail address has changed since I
created muy account. Is it possible to change that at the account levels on
their server or do I nerd to create a new account altogether?
Thanks
Gordon
