Hi Lynne has bought me a copy of Office Professional 2010 licensed for 2 PC's. Thanks for the info. When I get my system back up I'll install it. Glad I never did it before we crashed because I had somebody try to help me this morning but unfortunately what he clicked was the "Un-Install RollBack" option which left my system in a real mess. I cannot get it to start and we cannot find the damned installation disk. It's beginning to look like Dad threw it out in one of his "purges" He didn't check the box by the looks of things, so I'm not sure now how the hell I'm going to get this system back up.

I'm a Outlook 2010 user and it works extremely well with JAWS at least. I've tried Thunderbird, Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail but if Lynne has bought you a copy of Office and that license includes Outlook don't even bother looking at alternatives. I have a legal Office 2010 Professional license which includes Outlook. I use it with MS Exchange and it's great but I guess it works well with protocols like pop and imap as well. But I haven't used pop and imap for years. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Gordon Smith Sent: 12. august 2012 08:14 To: Windows Access; Share Your Enthusiasm! I know, I've always been a hater of Outlook. But I am having to re-design my workflows in preparation for employment. Lynne has given me a brand new copy of Office 2010 and I need to use it as much as I can whilst I have this Jaws dongle on lone. I've looked agt Thunderbird before now, but somehow I never took to it. That said I think it was a very old version, v6.0 and I believe they are now on version 14 or something. Windows Access; Share Your Enthusiasm! I use thunderbird, it doesn't have the terrible ribbons that windows live mail has. I use windows live essentials 2011 for messaging, I use my own account and not a live one so didn't have to worry about capchas. There aren't many alternatives for mail programs without ribbons, Thunderbird will be stopping development soon but will be still pushing out security updates.
