This tells me what I wanted to know.  if we can save along queue points it will 
resolve the problem just fine.

would seem to suggest that this can't be done however! there's no reason at all 
why you can't use "Cue Points" instead, you can drop a "Cue Point" during any 
operation by using ctrl-shift-q I think it is.
