Hi So far, this hasn’t worked for me. I called them and they did say they would assist via mail. But to date, nothing. I am thinking about using the unofficial, but quite legal, method of downloading the ISO which is to go through the upgrade adviser, when the setup gets to the download option, you close the setup Window. The download still proceeds apparently and at the end of it you’re left with a lovely 2.4GB ISO image.
