Hi

So far, this hasn’t worked for me. I called them and they did say they would
assist via mail. But to date, nothing. I am thinking about using the
unofficial, but quite legal, method of downloading the ISO which is to go
through the upgrade adviser, when the setup gets to the download option, you
close the setup Window. The download still proceeds apparently and at the end
of it you’re left with a lovely 2.4GB ISO image.

Kind regards

HI Gordon,

Call MS support and I'm sure they'll provide a way.

Last year, I had my tech install Windows 64 bit. A few weeks ago, I learned
when I had to reinstall the program, he forgot to put the 64 bit disk back in
my box.

MS provided a link via email and I just had to enter my key code number.

HTH!

Best Regards, Cornell
