Gordon, When you change the keyboard layout from desktop to laptop, you can still use the insert key by default. It's just that you should also be able to use the caps lock key as well, so while you can press insert-f7 to bring up your links list, for example, you should also be able to use caps lock F7 to bring it up, too. I just did it using version 15.0.110 and IE, as well as Firefox.
