Hi Mary

Thank you for such a rapid response. This is what’s puzzling me to be honest.
The caps lock doesn’t work when I try to map it as a Jaws key. Is there a way
to specifically check to see what the default Jaws keys are or key is?

i shall try this again in a jiffy.

Kindest regards

When you change the keyboard layout from desktop to laptop, you can still use
the insert key by default. It's just that you should also be able to use the
caps lock key as well, so while you can press insert-f7 to bring up your links
list, for example, you should also be able to use caps lock F7 to bring it up,
too. I just did it using version 15.0.110 and IE, as well as Firefox.
