This doesn't belong under the "Shell Folders" heading comment, couldn't you add a comment above it in winedefault.reg saying what it's for, like the other comments in there? (Wouldn't hurt to add comments to the other two HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE things in there that doesn't have comments either)
