Yes. A just-in time debugger is just that. DrWatson is not a debugger,
of course, but things like Delphi, C++Builder, VisualC++ can replace
DrWatson by registering themselves as just-in time debuggers (and fight
for the privilege of owning the precious register key).

I don't think this particular point matters much for people wanting
to debug Wine code; it's still alpha...
