Hanging Messagebox instead of debugger

Hallo,

since some time, programs when crashing no more bring up the debugger
but try to display a messagebox in
win32/except.c:UnhandledExceptionFilter.
The contend of messagebox isn't displayed and wine hangs:

I have this problems on both my trees at home at on the PC at work, so 
I hope this problem isn't caused by a local modification.

Is this problem know?

Any remedy?
