I apologize, that sounds really harsh. I'm getting more details from the
engineer who said we couldn't use wrc and I'll get back to you.

We were able to use wrc for all of our smaller resources with only minor
adjustments. I believe the problem was with the large splash screen bitmaps
in the main application resource.
