The patches are now available from
http://www.ug.cs.usyd.edu.au/~bbaetz/wine/ Read my comments from earlier
in the year (end of Jauary/beginning of February) for discussion about
them.

The mci.c patch is, I seem to recall, needed for one of the SDK tests
involving MCI strings. I could be wrong though, so feel free to ignore
that bit. I've got several assignments due Monday, but after that I'll
get the exact test and submit that bit seperately to wine-patches.

c++ comments mark things I want to fix before submitting it, so don't
worry about those. And yes, documentation is one of those things.
