I don't know how you'd make that a reality, everyone would need CVS write
access for that to be possible.
But people currently with write access on WineHQ include:
me, Eric Pouech, Douglas Ridgway, Alexandre Julliard, and James Juran.
I'd guess any update requests can be sent to any of the above (with
varying levels of success, of course; I doubt Ridgway or Julliard will
enjoy dealing with tons of such requests).
On another note, someone suggested color-coding the percentages... would
that be a good idea?
