    I know this comes a bit late but I wanted to say welcome. I
understand what you're going through. I have a page where I dumped some
ideas precisely for newbies looking for a way to get started. I don't
know if this page is any good and if it's going to be useful to you. I

    Don't hesitate to start with something that seems trivial. It always
