Hmm, STRMDLL.DLL is AFAICS distributed with
Microsoft Media Player which is not really a
proper part of Windows 9x/NT/2000.
While this does not automatically disqualify it,
it does not IMHO automatically qualify it either,
at least not without a proper explaination as to
why you want it included.
So I have some questions:
1. Is there any documentation available?
(I can't find any in MSDN).
2. Does native STRMDLL.DLL work?
3. Does any application aside from
Microsoft Media Player use it?
4. Why do you want it in the main tree?
