Hi,
Out of interest (note: I do _not_ and will never code for windows so I
don't keep up on its internals), why would mickeysoft change this
calculation in NT4/Win2K - was there any particular reason that you can
think of are they just doing a "it aint broken but we'll fix it anyway"?
