It's kinda new bug, the result of recent refactoring I did.... Ooops.
Anyway I fixed it and I have also fixed the MockServletInvocationTest to invoke
a RestServlet instead of invoking the RequestProcessor.
I have also checked in the unit test from WINK-30-test.patch.
