I'd prefer that the LICENSE file made it clear that there were  
additional LICENSES (e.g. CDDL) that cover the distribution. Since the  
additional licenses are in the licence directory, I'm ok with what is  
there, at present...

Source seems good. I noticed that some number of files contain tab  
characters... That's definitely not a release issue, just my personal  
preference...

I had to disable tests (-Dtest=false -DfailIfNoTests=false) to get my  
build to complete. I see there has been activity to fix. I don't think  
that the test failures are a blocking issue.
