Hi Kevan,
My understanding was, that since we are using "Nexus Staging Suite" for
managing our project releases,
after we promote our Staging Repository to a Hosted repository, all Wink
artifacts be available through maven central.

But maybe I missed something.

Daniel, any insight on this?

No. If there's some restriction on a 1.0 release by an Incubator
project, I'll buy the next round...

Now, there have been some conversations (and differences in opinion)
about where an Incubator project should be "released" to (i.e. maven
central or an apache incubator specific repository). IIRC, the answer
is either. By default, distribution is to an incubator repository (so
projects have to explicitly define the repository to have a wink
dependency). However, Incubator projects can request to release to
maven central.
