What's the status on this? Is it valuable? Any votes for or against?
I'm not sure how exactly to maintain and unittest this in open source. Other
projects do have OSGi modules (axis2), so if we are to follow their lead, then
we could/should do this.
I see some sniff-tests in the patch. Will have to think some more and give a
more informed opinion. :)
