Just a reminder about the meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) at 4:00 in the Wenonah Room at City Hall to discuss the reorganization of Winona Online Democracy. Everyone is invited. We'll have a special guest from Minnesota E-Democracy -- Tim Erickson who is List Manager of the St. Paul Forum will be on hand to talk about Minnesota E-Democracy's plans -- including a major project to develop an updated comprehensive set of rules and guidelines.
