I believe the City already bans pop machines on
porches. A quick search of Winona's municipal code on their website turned
up the following . . .
ARTICLE XIII. RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
43.54.3 VENDING MACHINES � RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICTS. The sale or display of a product or commodity by vending
machine that is visible and accessible to nonresidents of a property or building
shall be prohibited. This prohibition shall apply to any property or
building which is used exclusively for
