We should be grateful for WSU's efforts in getting their students to be good neighbors to those of us living in the central city. In a perverse sort of way, you could say that it would be in WSU's interest if the students behaved badly enough to drive property values down thus making it more affordable to expand and add additional parking lots.

I don't know if President Kruger is a subscriber, but he certainly has been a force at WSU to implement policy on campus to affect a cultural change in this area.................
