Congratulations to the County and commissioners for getting the site up and running. The site is attractive and easy to use. I only spent a couple of minutes exploring, and some things are still under construction. I did look at Environmental Services and Human Service. What I found missing from Environmental Services was addresses/locations of programs, ie. where is the hazardous waste site, etc. but two names and phone numbers were identified, and the services were nicely enumerated and catagorized. For Human services, I would lke to have seen a comprehensive list of services, along with names and addresses. Of course, if any of the county services/offices are on-line, an email would be great. And of course, for all the departments,this info would be very helpful.
Oh, and this may have been me not being very bright, or the computer I'm using, but as I went from this email to the Co. site, the Co. site sort of froze. I could get it to work again, but it took a few tries.
Despite the problems/suggestions, I think this will be a great site. I'm glad it's up--will save me and Co. employees some phone calls.
That's my quick feedback.
