--- Begin Message --- Winona First Coalition will be holding a rally in opposition to the possible Wal-Mart super store on Wednesday, July 30th. The rally will take place at Lake Park, at the corner of Mankato Ave. and Parks Ave., across from Community Memorial Hospital, from 5:30 � 6:30 pm. Anyone that shares our concerns about the economic and environmental damage, poor labor practices, and infastructure costs another big box retailer, and Wal Mart specifically, could have on Winona, is welcomed to join us. It will be a good chance to talk with other citizens about smart growth development and having a positive vision for the future of Winona.
