Reading the report on how much parking space is required for retail stores questions what logic is used when approving student housing requests and required parking for their tenants on site.  Case and point where was the planning on the new student housing on Sarnia and Franklin? Who will be crying the blues when they are towed for parking on the street?

When does the ordinance start and have the students been notified that they will be towed?

What responsibility does the landlord have?  Should they pickup the towing cost if they have failed to provide on site parking?

Should parking be allowed in the front yard of any home and is that legal, if so why?

Winter is here

Zoning needs logic and enforcement.
