Paul-W.S.U. has leased parking space from the Army reserve. That space
should have been available as of last Friday. There are a total of 50-60
parking spaces available. The University has been notified of the start of
the Alternate Side Parking Ordinance, which started on Nov. 1 at 1AM. I know
that the University has notified all students of the students of the
Alternate Side Parking season. We have also notified all of the local news
media of the start of the season on several occasions. Parking is not
allowed on grassy areas in front of houses. Regarding the landlord
responsibility question City Inspections might best answer that question.
