F.Y.I.

Below is a copy of the agenda for next Tuesday's, February 10th, Winona
County Board's Committee of the Board agenda. Again, the Committee of the
Board is what most other organizations refer to as a study session.

This meeting immediately follows the normal business meeting which starts
at 9:00 a.m..

I thought some people might have some thoughts or advice to share in
regards to agenda items numbers 4 and 8, a possible County-Wide Economic
Development Authority (EDA) and beginning thoughts on County restructure
ideas.

One editorial comment...posting agendas online of local government bodies
is one of the many great ideas that Steve Kranz has given to our community.

His presence will be missed. (Does anyone know of someone who can hire
Steve? Maybe it's not too late.)
